Herbal Cooking School – Hands-on Class and meal

Want to put some extra pizzaz into your meals with herbs? You are invited to attend and take part in this hands on cooking class on Monday, September 23, at 10am in the downstairs vestry at the First Congregational Church in Springfield, Vermont at 77 Main Street.

Chef Miguel Larcher, French chef and specialty cook in Michigan, is known for his expertise in vegan and vegetarian cooking, incorporating herbs and natural ingredients into his recipes. He hosts an online series called “Home Cooking with Chef Miguel Larcher,” where he shares healthy and delicious meal ideas. Come and learn how to “herb” up your meals for award winning taste. Once the hands on is complete you will be able to join the chef for lunch.
