Herbal Cooking School

Want to put some extra pizzaz into your meals with herbs? You are invited to attend this FREE cooking demo on Sunday, September 22, at 4pm in the downstairs vestry at the First Congregational Church in Springfield, Vermont at 77 Main Street.

Chef Miguel Larcher, the presenter and French chef and specialty cook in Michigan, is known for his expertise in vegan and vegetarian cooking, incorporating herbs and natural ingredients into his recipes. He hosts an online series called “Home Cooking with Chef Miguel Larcher,” where he shares healthy and delicious meal ideas. Come and find out how to “herb” up your meals for award winning taste.
