MANCHESTER, Vt. – Green Mountain Academy for Lifelong Learning (GMALL) welcomes Tom O’Donnell, former chief of staff to House Majority Leader Richard Gephardt, in conversation about the state of the current Congress.
Join us online on April 24, at 5:30 p.m., for a virtual conversation moderated by Alan Stoga, chairman of The Tällberg Foundation, to probe the questions we are all asking: When will Congress start to function again as an independent branch of government? And, what can we expect in hyper-partisan Washington? O’Donnell is deeply knowledgeable about how Washington works and doesn’t work. He will share his insights about what Congress can actually get done in today’s chaotic, unruly government.
