Using high-rep, low-impact movements with bodyweight, this class builds lean muscle, boosts endurance, and improves core stability and posture. Expect a dynamic, energizing experience that leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and empowered. All fitness levels welcome with options to modify or intensify.
