Mojo Cafe serves modern Tex-Mex and Cajun cuisine, allow for interesting blends of cuisines, flavors, and use of unique ingredients including alligator. Yes, alligator! Many of the seafood items come from a Cajun grocer in New Orleans, but otherwise the unofficial motto is “as much local food as possible” for all other ingredients. Their menu has everything from burritos and tacos to gumbo and po’ boys. Eat in or take out. They do not take reservations.
