The Copper Fox was opened in the spring of 2018 by Nick Matush and Elise Ulrich. During the growing season, we support mostly organic, local farms. When we can’t source from local farms, we use organic as much as possible. Our focus in food is to supply our customers with the healthiest, most sustainable products. Our focus in drink is to support small-scale, international vineyards and local microbreweries.
