The Copper Fox was opened in the spring of 2018 by Nick Matush and Elise Ulrich. During the growing season, they support mostly organic, local farms. They use organic ingredients as much as possible. Their menu changes seasonally but includes soups, salad, shareable dishes, and unique entrees. They enjoy hosting live musicians and special events throughout the year.
