SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – The Springfield Parent Teacher Association (PTA) recently sorted countless supplies from its school supply drive, in time to distribute them to Elm Hill and Union Street school classrooms.
Pencils? Sorted. Glue sticks? So many glue sticks. Crayons, markers, tissues, notebooks, and many other supplies have all been sorted.
A huge shoutout to the PTA crew who tackled the mountain of donations and somehow turned school-supply chaos into beautifully organized classroom goodies.
A big thank-you to the community of Springfield. You showed up. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we’re able to help support all 24 elementary classrooms at Elm Hill and Union Street schools. That’s 24 classrooms starting the year with a few more supplies, and our teachers having a little less to worry about. The Springfield community understood the assignment. And apparently, the assignment required a lot of glue sticks. Thank you, Springfield.
