Born and raised in the Okemo Valley, McNamara resides in Cavendish with his wife Miranda and their two children. With deep local roots and a strong appreciation for the region’s people, neighborhoods, and landscapes, McNamara brings both personal and professional insight into his real estate practice.
McNamara joins Vermont Properties after a 20-year career in public service, most recently serving as the municipal manager of Ludlow. His background in municipal leadership provides him with a strong understanding of local government, zoning, land use, and community planning.
In addition to his professional background, McNamara is actively involved in the community through the local fire department, youth athletics, and community support organizations. He is committed to providing clients with honest guidance, clear communication, and personalized service.
