CHESTER, Vt. – The Right for Vermont Foundation will hold a free public information session concerning Proposal 3, which would add a collective bargaining provision to Vermont’s Constitution, on Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 6–7:30 p.m., at the Fullerton Inn and Restaurant in Chester. The sessions will be hosted by Clara Morrison, executive director of the Right for Vermont Foundation, and Alison Despathy, a member of the foundation’s advisory board.
All sessions are free and open to the public. Each session will include a presentation followed by time for questions.
