CHESTER, Vt. – The Chester Town Democratic Committee (CTDC) is offering a chance to win a beautiful, one-of-a-kind art quilt depicting Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor. Chester artist Linda Diak created this portrait of Sotomayor using only cotton fabric and thread. The quilt measures 35 inches wide by 28 inches high, and is signed by the artist.
This unique artwork will arrive ready to hang in your home or office. Ticket sales end on April 20, at 11:55 p.m. The raffle drawing will take place at the CTDC meeting on April 23, at 6 p.m., at the Chester Town Hall.
