HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – Tina Phyllis Weinberg Rosen passed peacefully on Oct. 4, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on Valentine’s Day, 1949, in Bronx, N.Y., Tina was a print and runway model, fashionista, entrepreneur, dog lover, and proud mother and grandmother. While Tina would joke, “You can take the girl out of the Bronx…,” she made Ludlow, Vt., her home for 30 years, including as a ski instructor at Okemo Mountain, and her beloved clothing boutique, Tina’s Fun Stuff to Wear.
She is survived by her husband and retired physician, Jeff; her older son and tech executive, Josh, and his wife, Erin Morgan; her younger son, entertainment attorney and film producer Jeremy, who still calls Ludlow home; and her granddaughter, Hazel Mae. Tina will be buried at Riverside Cemetery in Woodstock, Vt. We will forever hold our Valentine Girl in our hearts.
