SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – A celebration of life service for Ruth A. Haddow, 68, who passed away March 9, 2020, will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020 at 1 p.m. at her daughter Amie’s home at 55 Litchfield St., Springfield, Vt.
