PROCTORSVILLE, Vt. – On Saturday, Oct. 18, from 12:30-2:30 p.m., at the Proctorsville Fire Department, family and friends will gather to honor Joseph Tucker and celebrate his life. All are invited to bring a dish to share for this potluck-style gathering.
