NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing before the Ludlow Development Review Board will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., in the Francis J. Heald auditorium, at the Ludlow Town Hall, 37 Depot Street, and via Zoom, to hear the following applications:
• Okemo 5, LLC | Application #510-25-CU, Amd. #1 | Application is for an amendment to modify Condition #5 of the November 17, 2025 DRB decision regarding number and location of required parking spaces. Additional parking is available via Village Zoning Section 530.3. This project is in the Village Residential-Commercial district.
• MDB Properties, LLC | Application # FHR-26-002 & CU-26-003 | Application is for a non-substantial improvement to an existing structure located within the floodway, requiring both Flood Hazard Review and Conditional Use Approval. The applicant proposes a 6-foot rear extension to accommodate three (3) existing car wash bays only. The property is located within the Village Residential-Commercial District.
• Ludlow Realty Investments, LLC | Application # VAR-26-002 | Application is to renovate existing vacant third floor into three (3) 1bed/1bath apartments requiring a variance for minimum lot size. Parking is provided per Village Zoning Section 530.3(2). This project is in the Village Residential-Commercial district.
