Vermont Virtual Learning Cooperative director Speaks to Springfield Rotary Club

SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – Ashley Newton, director of the Vermont Virtual Learning Cooperative (VVLC), recently addressed the Springfield Rotary Club, to discuss the cooperative’s mission and services that support students and schools throughout Vermont.

During her presentation, Newton outlined how VVLC provides online learning opportunities that expand access to a wide range of courses for Vermont students. She highlighted the program’s flexibility, allowing students to take advanced or specialized classes, recover credits, or explore subjects not available in their local schools.

Newton emphasized the importance of virtual learning in helping schools meet diverse student needs while maintaining high academic standards.
