Robert Gosselin, 1948-2025

CHARLESTOWN, N.H. – Bob Gosselin, 77, of Charlestown, N.H., passed away at home, on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025. Bob was born on June 29, 1948, in Springfield, Vt., to the late Lawrence and Constance (Snide) Gosselin. Bob served in the Army during the Vietnam era. He worked at Phil’s Sunoco in Bellows Falls. He worked for R.S. Roberts and Automall as a mechanic until retiring. Bob was a member of the Bellows Falls Moose Club, and the First Congregational Church of Westminster.

Bob is survived by his wife Virginia (Wade) Gosselin, and two sons Mark (Michele) and Jason (Veronica) Gosselin. He is survived by his grandchildren Kristopher, Jonathan, Summer, Keegan, Owen, Kayce, and Taylor, as well as four great-grandchildren.   He also leaves behind two sisters Judy and Debbie, nieces and nephews, and friends.

There will be no calling hours. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, Aug. 21, at 11 a.m., at the First Congregational Church of Westminster, Route 5 in Westminster, Vt. The Rev. Rich O’Donnell, pastor, will officiate. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home, 55 Westminster Street, Bellows Falls, Vt.
