LUDLOW, Vt. – The Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce (OVRCC) is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members, Riley Karl and Uli Donohue, who joined the organization in December. Their arrival marks an exciting new chapter for the chamber as it continues to strengthen its capacity to serve members, support local businesses, and promote the Okemo Valley region.

Karl is a Chester native, and brings a strong blend of local knowledge, creativity, and leadership to OVRCC. She has spent 12 seasons teaching skiing in Okemo’s Snow Stars program, and is the owner of a thriving photography business. Her work spans family portraits, business branding, and action sports photography. Community members may recognize her from the Ludlow Farmers Market, or from her photo featured on the cover of the summer/fall issue of Okemo Valley Magazine. She completed a bachelor’s degree in public communication, and worked for three years in corporate search engine marketing at GroupM. Karl’s artistic eye and community roots make her a valuable addition to the chamber’s communications and visual storytelling efforts.

Donohue has called the Okemo Valley home since 2009, and has been deeply involved in the region ever since. Her background includes more than a decade as a math and science tutor at Okemo Mountain School, several years serving as treasurer on the board of the Ludlow Farmers Market, and experience as a licensed Vermont real estate advisor. Donohue has a passion for learning and education, having completed five higher education degrees and certificates, in the fields of mathematics, education, and software development. Whether snowboarding, paddleboarding, hiking, or exploring Vermont’s scenic backroads, Donohue embodies the spirit of discovery that defines the region. Her community engagement and organizational experience bring added strength to OVRCC’s member services and outreach.

Both Karl and Donohue are enthusiastic about contributing to OVRCC’s mission of supporting local businesses, fostering economic vitality, and celebrating the unique character of the Okemo Valley. Their combined experience and passion for the region will help the chamber continue to grow and serve its members with excellence.
