Mountain Town Circus coming to Londonderry

LONDONDERRY, Vt – The second annual Mountain Town Circus is coming to Flood Brook School on Sunday, Sept. 10, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Troy Wunderle and his Big Top Adventures deliver interactive circus fun and entertainment for the entire family. Proceeds benefit Neighborhood Connections and its mission.

The circus performance is from 1-2 p.m., but there are plenty of activities for the entire family before and after the performance. When the doors open at 11 a.m., circusgoers can opt to take a circus workshop and learn to juggle, walk a tightrope, balance on stilts, or ride a balance board; visit a face painter and balloon artist; have lunch from the Rollin Rooster, Sexy Llama Coffee, or Goodman’s Pizza food trucks; munch on a bag of popcorn courtesy of The Tri-Mountain Lion’s Club; take a chance on the 50-50 raffle; or bid on family-focused silent auction items.

Silent auction offerings include a portable Weber grill and Adirondack chairs from RK Miles, admission tickets to the Montshire Museum of Science, a child’s Northface backpack and juggler sticks from The Mountain Goat, passes to the Bromley Adventure Park, dine around packages from area restaurants, and more. There are even items for household pets.

Tickets can be purchased at Neighborhood Connections, or online at www.neighborhoodconnectionsvt.org.
