SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – The Learning Together program at Springfield Area Parent Child Center (SAPCC) will kick off the 2023-2024 school year starting in early September. Learning Together is a statewide program housed at Parent Child Centers for teen and young adult parents. It is unique in that it combines parenting support, educational opportunities, and on-the-job training, as well as providing the wrap-around supports that Parent Child Centers are known for. Participants of the program gain valuable skills necessary to be successful employees, community members, and parents. Enrollment is open so that anyone interested can contact the program’s coordinator, Jenna Wheeler, throughout the year to inquire about openings.
