BELLOWS FALLS, Vt. – Knitting Together is a local knitting group that meets every Wednesday, from 1-3 p.m., at the Village Square Booksellers in downtown Bellows Falls. We have made it our mission to knit hats and mittens for our area schools, coordinated with school nurses, and also are able to donate to Parks Place and any organizations in need. We also knit newborn baby beanies for Springfield Area Parent Child Center, which serves most of Windham County.

For yarn supply, we rely on community donations (acrylic yarn only, to be washable) as much as possible, then rely on our own means as needed. Any donations are always welcomed and may be dropped off at the bookstore at any time.

We are always hoping for new members at any skill level, and are able to supply startup materials and instruction if needed. We can promise a good weekly get-together, and this is truly a great activity in which to take part. For more information, contact Caroline Phillips at 802-463-4653.
