Forage Bakery will return to Ludlow Farmers Market

LUDLOW, Vt. – Forage Bakery, a gluten-free and vegan artisanal cottage bakery owned and run by Chester resident Luna Burkland, will be returning to thet Ludlow Farmers Market this summer for the second year in a row.

Sourdough bread, cinnamon buns, seasonal fruit crumble muffins, bagels, and brioche Danishes will make a repeat appearance at Forage Bakery’s market stall this summer. All of Forage Bakery’s products are made without the use of the top nine allergens (gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish), utilize local ingredients, and use all-organic flours.

You can find Forage Bakery at the Ludlow Farmers Market, on Depot Street in downtown Ludlow, Vt., on the following Sundays: May 31, June 21, June 28, July 5, July 19, July 26, Aug. 2, Aug. 9, and Aug. 16, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Baked goods preorders are accepted until the Friday morning prior to the market.
