CLAREMONT, N.H. – Join the NH Sneaker Brigade Donut Dash special edition “Spooky Dash.” This is the fifth year the brigade is hosting the annual event, which began as a run group for Charlestown residents. The dash was relocated last year to Claremont, as the Arrowhead & Wheelhouse gave it a home. To honor this, the brigade donates funds back to Arrowhead Recreation each year. Funds raised from the event also go to committees like Valentines for Seniors, Easter baskets for the Claremont Soup Kitchen, and, new next year, game nights at Fiske Free Library. It also partners with organizations including Hike for Mental Health and The Center for Safer Communities.
Whether you’re chasing a personal record, enjoying a walk with friends and family, or simply showing up for the donuts, this event is a fun way to support the NH Sneaker Brigade and its mission of promoting health, wellness, and community throughout New Hampshire.
The donut dash will take place on Saturday, Oct. 31, at the Arrowhead Recreational Area in Claremont, N.H. Walkers will start at 9 a.m., and runners will start at 9:15 a.m. Fresh donuts from Allen Brothers will be waiting for all participants at the finish line.
Team competitions are encouraged. Trophies will be awarded to the largest business team, and prizes will be awarded to the largest recreational team. Awards will be presented for male and female age groups, from 11 to 70 and older. Additional fund and unique award categories will also be presented.
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to participate in the event. Dogs must start at the back of their respective runner or walker group. Please clean up after your pet and keep the course safe and enjoyable for everyone. Families with children are also encouraged to participate, and strollers are welcome. Please note, the course follows a dirt trail, and conditions may include mud, sand, or uneven terrain depending on the weather.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Claremont Savings Bank Foundation, there is a fifth-anniversary registration discount. Discount codes are available while supplies last. The first five registrations are free, the next 50 registrations are 50% off, and the following 25 registrations are 25% off. A full-price, race-day registration will be open from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Cash or Zeffy payments will be accepted.
