SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – Gallery at the Vault is offering a new, fun workshop creating needle-felted holiday ornaments with Lisa Caron Hickey on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Discover the fun of needle felting while creating a colorful wool ornament for your holiday tree or gift giving. Participants will learn how to use a felting needle to add wool fibers, patterns, and decorative details to preformed felted balls.
By providing the base, Hickey lets participants focus on the creative process of adding color, pattern, and decorative details. No previous experience is needed. All materials are supplied. Please note that sharp felting needles will be used.
The workshop cost is discounted for gallery members. Register by Wednesday, Oct. 28.
