REGION – Below is a list of 2025 Christmas church services throughout our coverage area. This list will be updated periodically as we become aware of more services.
Brownsville Community Church, 66 Brownsville-Hartland Rd.
The Brownsville Community Church will hold a Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols on Sunday, Dec. 21, at 9:30 a.m. A Christmas Eve candlelight service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 24, at 7 p.m. Both services can be attended in person and via Facebook livestream at www.facebook.com/brownsvillecommunitychurch.
Tyson Community Church, Corner of Route 100 and Dublin Rd., Ludlow, Vt.
There will be a Christmas candlelight service on Sunay, Dec. 21, at 6 p.m. Readings from the Bible of Jesus’ birth and favorite hymns played by our musician, Erik Johannson, followed by cookies and hot chocolate.
Ludlow Baptist Church, on the Green, 99 Main St., Ludlow, Vt.
There will be a Christmas Eve candlelight service on Wednesday, Dec. 24, at 6:30 p.m.
First Congregational Church of Westminster, 3470 U.S. Route 5, Westminster, Vt.
The First Congregational Church of Westminster will hold its Christmas Eve service on Wednesday, Dec. 24, at 5:30 p.m. All are welcome to join us. There is additional parking at the Westminster Institute. The Rev. Rich O’Donnell serves as pastor, and welcomes you.
Union-St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 133 Old Church Rd., Claremont, N.H.
Christmas Eve service will be held Dec. 24, at 7 p.m. A beautiful traditional service that was historically the first gathering by candlelight in the area. The community service is held in the historical church, which is decorated with boughs of evergreen and lit by the warm glow of dozens of real candles. The service includes the readings of the Christmas story and carols. The service will also be available on YouTube, live or on demand, at www.youtube.com/@unionchurchnh.
