Scott Farm’s Crepe Night to benefit Miss Bellows Falls

Crepe Night at Scott Farm. Photo provided

DUMMERSTON, Vt. – On Wednesday, Aug. 6, Scott Farm and Rockingham for Progress are partnering for a delicious, fun-filled Crepe Night to raise funds that support the ongoing restoration of the historic Miss Bellows Falls Diner. Crepe Nights are family-friendly gatherings held at the Scott Farm, 707 Kipling Road, Dummerston, Vt., from May-August.

The celebration is picnic-style, and music will be provided by the Vermont Moonlighters, www.vermontmoonlighters.com. Outdoor and indoor tables and chairs are provided, as well as a sprawling grassy hillside ripe for picnic blankets and folding lawn chairs. In the event of inclement weather, the event moves indoors. Please leave dogs at home.

The evening runs from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tickets are discounted for children under 12. Each ticket comes with two offerings – a savory supper crepe (galette), sweet dessert crepe, and side salad. Drinks are available for purchase at Pippin’s Cafe: hard cider, beer, and wine. Tickets are limited, and advance purchase is recommended. Tickets can be reserved at www.scottfarmvermont.com/upcoming-events-1/mbfd.
