Last surviving widow of a Revolutionary War soldier at Plymouth Historical Society

PLYMOUTH, Vt. – The Plymouth Historical Society will host a talk on the last surviving widow of a Revolutionary War soldier on Sunday, Aug. 9, from 2-4 p.m., at the Plymouth Town Office, 68 Town Office Road, presented by independent historian and Daughters of the American Revolution member Debby McCraken, of Vermont and Florida. She will speak about the life of Esther Sumner Damon, widow of Noah Damon, a Revolutionary War patriot, as well as other patriots of Plymouth.

Light refreshments will be served.
