REGION – The board of directors of Senior Solutions announces that executive director Mark Boutwell has submitted his notice of retirement. He will remain in his role during a planned transition period.
Boutwell has been with Senior Solutions for 12 years, serving as executive director for the past five. During his tenure, he has provided steady and compassionate leadership, guiding the organization with a calm demeanor and deep commitment to its mission. His leadership has brought stability to Senior Solutions, and helped the organization navigate challenging times while continuing to serve older adults, clients, and families with care and integrity.
While this announcement is bittersweet, the board is deeply grateful for Boutwell’s years of service, leadership, and devotion to Senior Solutions. We also appreciate his willingness to remain in his role for up to six months while the board conducts a search for a suitable successor, helping to ensure continuity and a smooth transition.
The board of directors will commence a comprehensive search for Senior Solutions’ next executive director, and will share updates as appropriate.
