The Claremont Kiwanis Club is the local chapter of the Kiwanis International organization. Kiwanis is a global network of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child at a time. Through annual fundraisers including bell ringing in the winter, Our BIG Kiwanis Auction in the spring, and the Annual Brewfest & 5K in the fall, the organization is able to support many youth-driven needs in the community, including Kiwanis Cares; Alstead flood relief; scholarships for graduating Stevens High School, Newport High School, Fall Mountain High School, and Sunapee seniors; Camp Sunshine for terminally ill children; Special Olympics; Davis C.
