WCCMA Presents Skye Consort & Emma Björling in Concert

Join us for an evening of music from across the Atlantic, as Skye Consort & Emma Björling perform arrangements of traditional songs, dance tunes, reels, polskas, ballads, and hymns from Sweden, Norway, Ireland, Scotland, England, Québec, Acadia, and the United States, alongside original compositions.

Each musician brings their own interpretation to these traditions, creating a multifaceted collaboration featuring voices, fiddle, nyckelharpa, cello, bouzouki, banjo, and percussion. The band presents a mishmash of whirling polskas, groovy reels, passionate love songs, breathtaking hymns, and original compositions.
