“The Power of Water” documentary screening and panel discussion
April 30 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
CLAREMONT, N.H. – How can we leverage clean energy technology and land conservation in Claremont and around the region to build a healthy, thriving future for New Hampshire? Join Conservation Law Foundation for a screening of “The Power of Water,” followed by a panel discussion with local environmental leaders to learn more.
“The Power of Water” follows the story of Bob King, a New England entrepreneur, whose life’s work has been rehabilitating old abandoned dams to produce clean energy. Along the way, the film explores the history of hydropower in New England, the ongoing transition away from dirty fossil energy, the importance of land conservation, and how we all can be part of the solution as we face these challenges together.
This event is free and open to the public. Come enjoy the film and join the conversation!
