Talk on Affordable Heat Act

MANCHESTER, Vt. – The Republican Party of Manchester Center is planning a meeting on May 9 from 5-7 p.m. at the Manchester Community Library to discuss the Affordable Heat Act. The Affordable Heat Act is now being discussed by the Vermont Legislature. It has been under review by both the the Senate and the House, and is now in the Senate after being reviewed, amended and passed by the House. Rob Roper, former president of the Ethan Allen Institute and who currently writes for VTDigger, is going to speak on this issue.
