Robert Roper to speak at Ludlow Town Hall

LUDLOW, Vt. – Strong Vermont Voices presents a talk by Robert Roper, on Wednesday, Sept. 4, at 5 p.m., at the Ludlow Town Hall auditorium. Roper will be diving into the ramifications of the legislation passed by the Vermont Legislature this year.
