Pollinator Day

NORWICH, Vt. – Join insect experts and Montshire educators for a day of community-collected science. This summer, the Museum is a site for the Pollinator Interactions on Plants project, a research endeavor led by Dr. Desirée Narango of the Vermont Center for Ecostudies. This science project has documented 4,000 pollinators, and counting!
On August 19th, we’ll gather for a primer on using smartphones to record pollinators at work, and then head outside to the Meadow Walk to make observations and learn the tips and tricks of field work.
