Ludlow Streetscapes Arborist Walking Tour

LUDLOW, Vt. – Ludlow Streetscapes invites the community to a free walking tour in Ludlow on Sunday, Sept. 27, commencing at 9 a.m. Enjoy seeing local foliage through the eyes of Vermont arborist Jack Jacob with Wise Oak – A Davey Company. Participants will meet at Kesman Park (the small park on the corner of Depot Street and Main Street) between 8:45 a.m. and 9 a.m., rain or shine. The walk will highlight trees that Ludlow Streetscapes volunteers planted years ago, and also other interesting tree sights as it takes a loop down Pleasant Street, over to Veterans Memorial Park, up High Street, and back down Depot Street. A short refreshment break will be allotted at the senior center. The estimated time for the tour is 45 minutes to one hour.
