Food for Life Vegan Potluck

SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – The Food for Life Vegan Potluck will be held on Sunday, Feb. 26 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to gather with us at the Springfield Vermont Community Canter at 139 Main Street in Springfield. We all bring a plant based dish to share and enjoy each other’s company. If you are not familiar with vegan cooking and want ideas about what to bring, here are some simple suggestions: green salad, fruit salad, veggies with humus, roasted root vegetables with herbs, tortilla chips and salsa, sweet potatoes (without butter), berries or melon. Just avoid all animal products, including honey and eggs. All the potlucks to date have been fun. The space we are using at this point is not handicapped accessible, but we have an accessible space reserved for next month because we want to be more inclusive.
