Community Contra Dance in Weathersfield

WEATHERSFIELD, Vt. – There will be a Community Contra Dance and Social held at the Weathersfield Center Meetinghouse, 2579 Weathersfield Center Rd., on Sept. 23, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Parking is in the field across from the meetinghouse. Caller Mary Wesley will guide everyone through the dances, and live music will be provided by Naomi Morse (fiddle) and Amy Englesberg (piano). No special clothing, footwear, or experience is required. There will be potluck snacks and dessert after the dancing. Feel free to bring simple finger food to share, as well as beer, wine, seltzer, or other beverage. Children and family tickets are discounted.
