Champlain Philharmonic in Middlebury

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Champlain Philharmonic will be presenting its Spring Concert Series, “In the Key of Spring,” at the Congregational Church of Middlebury on Saturday, April 6, at 7 p.m., and at Grace Congregational Church in Rutland on Sunday, April 7, at 4 p.m.
The orchestra will perform a true gem, “Symphony No. 3 in C minor, Op. 78,” by Camille Saint-Saëns. The piece is better known as the “Organ Symphony,” because it features a pipe organ, which will be played by Alastair Stout, director of music ministries at Grace Congregational Church in Rutland.
