Beat the Holiday Blues
November 11, 2023 @ 4:00 pm - November 12, 2023 @ 5:30 pm
SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – Have you been experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression? Statistics tell us that the holidays make many Americans more depressed than ever. Let’s be honest, holidays are not always happy. Forced gatherings, missing loved ones, and financial stress can be the perfect recipe for holiday stress. Well, help is available to make this holiday season better. You are invited to a brain boosting seminar on Nov. 11 and 12, where you will learn tips for coping with the ramped-up stress and anxiety of the holiday season.
Sheri Trueblood, a certified associate director for Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Community Programs, will be presenting in person “How to Beat the Holiday Blues.” Sheri has over 15 years of experience working in the holistic health field, including seven years as the director of Wellness Secrets Lifestyle Center in Decatur, Ark.
The free two-part seminar will be held on Saturday, Nov. 11, and Sunday, Nov. 12, at The First Congregational Church, 77 Main Street in Springfield, Vt., at 4 p.m. We will also be giving away several copies of award-winning books by Dr. Neil Nedley in a drawing. Please reserve your seat and pre-register for this event by calling 978-496-5006 or 603-276-2383, or send your request to our email at lifestylematters.nh@gmail.com.
This program is being sponsored as a free community service by the LifeStyle Matters Team and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
