On behalf of Black River Good Neighbor Services, an amazing weekend provided the backdrop for our 2026 Gigantic Spring Rummage Sale at Fletcher Farm, which was an outstanding success. We are most grateful for the support from our community.
Starting weeks in advance, so many volunteers worked tirelessly setting up this fundraiser. Their dedication and commitment to our community truly supports the organization’s core values. Simply put, this sale, a huge undertaking, could not happen without devoted volunteer efforts; and we certainly do have that. Thank you very much, each and every one of you.
Among the many dedicated volunteers who worked at this event, we must include the board of directors, who also work behind the scenes to keep things “looking good” for shoppers. And, speaking of shoppers, we really want to thank everyone who attended and shopped the sale, making it so very successful.
Please know that your dollars go directly to support our programs, which include a food shelf, clothing, and financial and disaster assistance to those in need, and which serve the towns of Ludlow, Mount Holly, Belmont, Cavendish, Proctorsville, and Plymouth.
