We hope this letter finds you healthy and well. We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with information regarding the repair and cleanup of our Mountain View Physical Therapy office space.
Our office is located at the Ludlow Dental building, part of the North Star Health network. As a result of the recent flooding, there was significant damage to operating systems within the basement of the building, which has delayed cleanup and repair. The building owners have been working diligently on restoration.
At this time, we anticipate having our physical therapy space available to re-open by late September. New signage has been ordered, and the power is now restored. The HVAC system is currently being repaired.
At present, we are operating in space at Springfield Hospital at 25 Ridgewood Road, Springfield, Vt. If you need assistance, we can provide care at this temporary location.
We want you to know we greatly value your support and patience during this time, and we look forward to seeing you again soon in Ludlow.
