SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – The Springfield Regional Chamber of Commerce invites the community to trade formalwear for flannel and denim at the Denim and Duds Ball, taking place Sept. 18, from 7-10 p.m., at Old Colonial Farm, 208 Skitchewaug Trail.
The evening will feature dancing with Rust and Ruin, a barbecue dinner by Black Rock, a cash bar, and a silent auction, creating a relaxed night of music, food, and community fun. Guests are encouraged to embrace the evening’s dress code: “Flannel Fancy with a Touch of Denim.”
Proceeds from the Denim and Duds Ball will benefit the Springfield Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Education Development Program, supporting the chamber’s efforts to provide educational and professional development opportunities to businesses throughout the region.
“This is an opportunity to bring people together for a fun night while also supporting programs that strengthen our local business community,” said Mike Schmitt, executive director of Springfield Regional Chamber of Commerce. “We hope everyone will put on their favorite denim, bring some friends, and join us for a great evening.”
Tickets may be purchased through the chamber. For additional information, visit www.springfieldvt.com or call 802-885-2779.
