SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – In keeping with its tradition, the Springfield Community Band will once again present a concert consisting of its favorite pieces from the summer season.
The concert will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 4, alongside the National Night Out event sponsored by local first responders at the Riverside Middle School, 13 Fairground Road in Springfield.
The band will play near the gymnasium, starting at 6:30 p.m. – note the earlier time.
Favorites are determined by vote of the musicians. Come out and see if your favorites make the list. Please bring a chair.
In case of rain, the concert will take place at the pavilion at the Tree Farm Campground, 53 Skitchewaug Trail, Springfield, Vt. Check the Band’s Facebook page for updates.
