Project ACTION streams “Shrek”

SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – The Springfield Project ACTION Crime & Safety Committee is excited to host a special community event featuring a free screening of the classic movie “Shrek,” on Friday, Feb. 27, at the Springfield Cinemas 3. This is a rescheduled date from December, when the event was postponed due to weather.

The arrival time is 10 a.m., with the movie beginning promptly at 10:30 a.m. Admission is free for all students enrolled in the Springfield School District or the River Valley Technical Center and their families, and includes complimentary popcorn and beverages. Attendees will also have the chance to win free gas cards through our raffle.

The Springfield Project ACTION Crime & Safety Committee remains committed to addressing community concerns through proactive and creative initiatives. We strive to foster pride in Springfield, and encourage students to take an active role in their community. This program is designed to strengthen community connections, offer a safe and fun activity during the school break, and give Springfield residents the opportunity to learn more about the fantastic things Project ACTION and its initiatives are inspiring.
