WESTON, Vt. – Kinhaven Music School is thrilled to announce the launch of its inaugural Semester Program, beginning Aug. 25. Designed for high school musicians, this four-month residential program offers an immersive experience in chamber music, performance, and holistic learning – all within a creative, community-centered environment.
The Semester Program is offered in partnership with Burr and Burton Academy (BBA) in Manchester, Vt. Students enrolled in the program will attend BBA for academic coursework, while pursuing intensive musical study at Kinhaven. This unique collaboration allows students to thrive both artistically and academically, surrounded by Vermont’s natural beauty and a supportive musical community.
To share the spirit of the program with the broader community, Kinhaven is proud to present its Southern Vermont Fall Concert Series throughout the fall. These free public performances will feature the Semester Program’s talented student musicians in some of the region’s most beloved venues.
