Kinhaven announces summer concert series

WESTON, Vt. – Kinhaven is delighted to announce its 74th concert season schedule and share its excitement about its 2026 Senior Session guest artists and conductors.
The 74th season opening faculty concert will be held on Saturday, June 27, at 7:30 p.m., at the Kinhaven Concert Hall, 372 Lawrence Hill Road, Weston, Vt. Prior to the concert, at 6:30 p.m., there will be a complimentary wine and cheese reception.

Kinhaven’s summer programs continue through the end of August, with weekly performances by faculty and students that are free and open to the public, and also available via livestream.
In addition to the announcement of its 74th concert season, Kinhaven is thrilled to welcome its wonderful Malamud Fund Guest Artists and orchestra conductors.
Conductors are as follows: weeks 1 and 2, Simon Lipskar; week 3, Annunziata Tomaro; week 4, Kenny Bean; and weeks 5 and 6, Tito Muñoz.
Guest artists will be Suliman Tekalli, violin; Zoë Martin-Doike, viola; Arlen Hlusko, cello; Si-Yan Li, cello; Cordelia Mutter, cello; Kenny Bean, trumpet; Peter Charig, trombone; and Nate Reit, trombone.
The Malamud Fund was established through a generous legacy gift established in partnership with Janna Malamud Smith and the estate of Paul Malamud, in honor of his parents, Bernard and Ann deChiara Malamud, to provide funding to build a vibrant guest-artist program each summer at Kinhaven. This endowed fund allows Kinhaven to invite distinguished guest artists each summer, enriching the educational and artistic experience for our students and community.
Kinhaven Music School is a unique summer haven for musicians of all ages, dedicated to inspiring and transforming lives through immersive musical experiences. Kinhaven offers a diverse range of programs, including chamber, orchestral, piano, and choral music, for students of various skill levels.
