Kinhaven announces free fall concert series

WESTON, Vt. – Kinhaven, located on a picturesque 31-acre campus in Weston, Vt., celebrates its milestone 75th anniversary in 2027, as well as the second year of its intensive Semester Program for exceptional high school string students, in collaboration with Burr and Burton Academy (BBA). The first of its kind in the nation, the Semester Program combines high-level academics at BBA with rigorous musical training at Kinhaven, where students live, study, and perform with each other and artistic faculty, the Trillium String Quartet, with violinist and co-Executive Director Deborah Buck.

Kinhaven Fall Concert Series performances are free and take place at venues across Vermont from September to December.

At its core, Kinhaven is about transformation. Since 1952, Kinhaven has honored its mission of developing people through music by offering joyous and rigorous musical instruction and performance opportunities in a deeply collaborative environment, without technology.
