Doug Farrell, Jack Henry, and Beth Eldridge – each a talented singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist – banded together to form Decatur Creek, blending their solo styles to create an original acoustic sound. Influences run from traditional and roots Americana to country and folk, with well-crafted songs, warm vocals with tight harmonies, and crisp musicianship that flows with rhythm, soul, and wit. Decatur Creek is one of the region’s real gems.
Keough, after spending time in the corporate mines, took to the stage and never looked back. She writes songs that get people crying; tears of laughter, or shared sorrow. She lives off grid in Vermont with farming friends, plenty of wine, and lots of cats. She does animal rescue – mostly cats, as they’re 75% of the stray population – and uses all of her performance income, tips, and donations in her rescue activities.
