REGION – Cantabile, Music for Women’s Voices, announces its spring 2026 concert, “Silver Songs,” programmed as a retrospective of its first 25 years.
The performances are on June 6, at the Norwich Congregational Church in Norwich, Vt., and June 7, at the First Congregational Church in Lebanon, N.H. Both concerts begin at 4 p.m.
Included in the program are favorite sacred pieces, alongside folk literature and show tunes. Works by J.S. Bach, Leo Delibes, and Felix Mendelssohn are featured, as well as pieces by Philip Silvey, Sarah Quartel, and former Vermonter Gwyneth Walker.
Cantabile’s director is Kathy Sherlock-Green, with Jeanne Chambers, accompanist. The group will be joined by guest violinist Judy Wild.
Admission is by goodwill donation at the door.
