SUMMARY:Senior Fitness
DESCRIPTION:This class is for anyone 65+ who wants to maintain strength\, flexibility\, and balance as they age. We will include a variety of body weight exercises as well as use props like chairs\, resistance bands\, and yoga belts to add levels of challenge and support to the exercises. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and modifications will be provided as needed. \nFridays 9:30-10:30 am
